My coaching approach draws on a well-informed understanding of the pressures and dilemmas that face senior leaders and managers, coupled with an ability to help my clients ‘stand back’ from the day to day, develop new insights and perspectives, and gain the confidence to work in different ways.
I have a thorough knowledge of frameworks, theories and approaches which can support individual, team and organisational learning. My work includes responding flexibly to the needs of individual clients, providing an appropriate balance of support and challenge, getting to the heart of the issues and bringing about fundamental shift and change.
Working collaboratively to build trusting relationships, I balance incisive inquiry and support while acting from a values base of honesty, choice and freedom to create healthy high performance.
I’ll act as a sounding board and thinking partner, hold a leader or leadership team to account, as well as challenging thinking and providing support and encouragement.
Coaching accelerates application, allows embedding of knowledge, skills and mindset. Plus the confidence to put the new thinking and behaviours into practice and make a difference.
Whether you are a new team or have worked together for a while, every team can benefit from working with a coach to clarify and achieve their shared goals and ambitions, create alignment, increase their capability and capacity and through this achieve healthy high performance.
